Walked in with a coupon stating buy a footlong get one free with a drink. After they made our subs we tried handing the coupon to the lady employee and she laughed at us. The owner said that was the ONLY coupon they couldn't accept, when is clearly states on there not valid in AK or HI. IT DONT SAY NOTHING ABOUT ALABAMA. Calling corporate in the morning. This gotta stop. It's not right!

I have ordered from this location only a handful of times but the service and food has always been so good I prefer using them even though I live in East Gadsden.
However, on my last visit, I'm not quite sure what happened - I ordered using the subway app for a group of friends and 3 of the subs were perfect! The last sub did have it's contents in it though? Instead of putting my spinach and tomatoes onto the multigrain meatball marinara, they put the spinach and tomatoes into a bag and not in the sandwich. That's LITERALLY all I wanted on the sub - meatball marinara, spinach, and tomatoes.
Soooo, I guess they just didn't feel like making the last sub. Don't go when the adults are working, I guess - I've never had this problem with the younger staff.

This Subway is pathetic on food quality. They overcharged my card, $40 for 2 6 in subs.. Thats not the meals just 2 6 in subs.. Tf.. And you will see on your credit card statement a generic store.. Store 5814 Attalla 35954...Does not say Subway.. And the guy is very rude

It was made very clear to me that the owner of this particular Subway is only worried about getting a maximum amount of money out of the customer, since I have been going there I've noticed they had zero customer service skills, and they do not honor any of the coupons that I have brought in because when I ordered a roast beef sub and a turkey sub the staff member said that I wouldn't be able to get the roast beef sub with the coupon when it clearly does not state that on the coupon itself, so when I made the option to leave all of sudden I was allowed to use the coupon so before I go in there next time I will be calling the corporate offices so they can explain to me what I can and cannot use their coupons on...

Bread was way undercooked. They left off my tomatoes, and all other ingredients were very skimped.. sandwich was mostly bread… do not go through the drive through. Check your order if you do.

This is for the store there in front of Walmart everyone in the store was very rude and I've never had a issue before in my life and as the staff has changed it is like us the costumers are taking up their time with our orders and rushing through the order throwing the sandwich together I almost didn't pay for the order I doubt
I will go back along with my coworkers

Friendly staff. Good food. Just missed the mark on our orders. Didn't double meat the outlaw sandwich as it should be made. Forgot to give us my daughter's cookies, even after all three employees repeated and asked what kind of cookies she wanted.
