I guess I should've looked at the pizza before I drove off. Don't make your orders too confusing. Asked for a Hawaiian with pepperoni and onions on the left half. Instead I got pepperoni on the full pizza and pineapple only on the left half with the onions.

There was hardly any meat on my meat lovers. I requested that they make sure it wasn't worse than my previous order. There shouldn't be more cheese and bread than meat. Overall staff is very friendly but can use a lil more training on products don't just throw them into a position.

I thought this was supposed to be thin crust my style this basically just bogus and not only didn’t even cut it but makes me think they only cut enough to get them selves a slice an look dry is dry

The food at this Pizza Hut Atmore was very good just did not have enough sauce and two dip the hot wings in need to have more dipping sauce the new melts at Pizza Hut are awful we'll never order them again, when we ordered a pizza it was not cut the way we wanted it to be cut the person that cut it did not want to cut Pizza very disappointed with Atmore Pizza Hut. I ordered a pizza on June 20th and the pizza was totally wrong it was supposed to be a Meat Lovers and I got Half Cheese and half jalapeno not even close to what I ordered they told me they would remake it but I am a Disabled veteran and the only way I could get it was on my Scooter and it was raining so I couldn't get it

They quit allowing families to come in and sit down for a meal. If you have to drive 20 plus minutes there to pick up the pizza you kind of want to sit down and enjoy it there rather than eat it cold at home.

My review will cover the average visit, not just one. First the food. If you order a fresh pizza, it's often good and meets pizza hut quality. The buffet however often ends up with old or cold slices so not as good.

2. Service. Unfortunately I have to rate this low. As once seated, check ups by staff for refills are few and far between. The reason for this is not due to the server not doing her job, but I truly believe she is overworked. One server for the entire dining room is fine when the store rarely has more than 5 tables occupied. But she's also managing the drive through, doing her own dishes supposedly, answering phones, and today I saw her returning from doing a delivery and who knows what else. That's too much for one person to provide adequate service. And when service suffers, not only does store sales suffer but also the servers tips because of little to no service. I've had to get up and get my own drink refill once because it wasn't coming from any staff.The manager didn't even bother to take over checking on customers while she was delivering.
The server, Brandy, appears to be working hard, so this issue really comes down to poor management in my opinion.

3. Restaurant appearance.
First, the booth seats are entirely too tight. I may have a bit of a belly now as I've gotten older, but I wouldn't be considered fat. Yet I struggle to fit in the booth.

Second, there has been a broken sign on a table for at least the year that I've lived in the area. And all the tables slant since they are only attached at the wall.

The store really needs an upgrade in this regard. Spend the money to fix the store and hire another person to help where needed so service improves and I bet sales will improve as well. If management ignores these things, business will likely decline and eventually close.

The pizza was pretty good but the carpet is nasty and it doesn't smell good in there. Also, they only had one server and had her multi-tasking, causing the service to be slow.

UPDATE: Waited in the "drive-through" for a pick up. The line was 10 cars deep and took 25 minutes to get to the window. I don't see how this place can stay open operating like this!

Fortunately the pizza was correct and tasted fine after re-heating.
