Ordered Steak Fajita and Nacho Steak Fajita. No seasoning on the steak. Rice was old. Beans were crusty. My glass of tea was brought to me with an artificial sweetner wrapper floating in it. The waiter brought me a new tea. When we wanted a refill it took us several minutes to get a waiter. The tea refill was without any ice and the tea was hot. The food and the service was just so so. We usually tip very well but not today. You can and should do better!!

So in a small town you have limited options and Los Arcos is one of the "nicer" restaurants here. The food will either be amazing or terrible, the service will either be great or non existent, it is affordable though. Try out this place and more than likely you will have a good experience, or you won't. Flaming Cheese and the Burrito Texano are both good even when they are bad to me.

Ordered takeout and got a very efficient, but pleasant employee whom took my order. However, when I called (keep in mind I regularly order takeout from this location) to see if ready for pickup and could I get it carside since I am handicap (like I usually do) the person was kind of rude. Said things like "why you can't come in", "what's the reason", and "I'll have to see if someone can"; I have never had something like this happen at a restaurant here ever. Very disappointing.

Our server was outstanding!! He saw that we were very thirsty, and instead of refilling our glasses, he just brought us the pitcher!! The food was great and plentiful as usual!!

Nice place, great location, and wonderful service but the food was just kinda bland. There were quite a few people there around noon. We both ordered the fajita bowls, one chicken and one steak with all the vegetables. It didn't take long at all and was warm when it arrived however, it was just small portions, the rice looked like it had sat under the heat lamp for a few hours. It was warm not really though. The cheese wasn't even melted. My friends bowl was missing all the veggies and when asked it was an immediate fix but was sloppy, just kinda slapped whatever they had leftover from the grill on top and came back. The salsa, was just grinded tomatoes and water and chips were too thick to be great. The chicken was the star of the show hands down. Moist and tender but warm. It makes a terd for pretty cheap so there's that.

All the food is amazing but I wish they would not water the queso down so much! It is so runny that it's hard to get any on your chip but it's yummy. Busted but rear after slipping on something that was split right in front of the front door entrance when going to the bathroom. I was ok but on the way back from the bathroom it had not been cleaned up and I slept in it again, catching myself from hitting the ground this time. I still go back ???? it's good food, stuff happens ????

Had lunch here for the first time in years. I was very disappointed. I picked the chicken out of my dish because it was really bad. My refried beans and rice was less than lukewarm, bordering on cold. My waiter never came back except to bring the check. Never asked how it was or why all the chicken was put on a napkin. Very disappointed and won't be back.

I figured out the only reason this place is still in business... It's the only Mexican restaurant for miles.... not even a Taco Bell is in this town. Very bland and extra salty. I couldn't even finish my meal. Notice the salsa looks it came directly from a can. 2 fajita bowls, one with chicken, one with steak
