We ate at Dads in Anniston today. Walked in an asked for a booth the hostess said sorry they are all dirty. We sat at a table and every table was dirty except for 4 the one we sat at and 2 long tables on the side and one behind us. No one was even attempting to clear any table. People were coming in and they ran at of tables to sit. Although the food was good except for the onion rings, people like to eat in a clean restaurant.

Oh my goodness. Those ribs... My first visit. This is the Dad's near 202 in Anniston. My goodness, the ribs are so good I didn't use sauce. Smoky, tender, yummy goodness. The fried green tomatoes would have been better if cooked a little more but everything was so good. My brother ordered a lunch sandwich special; the smoked turkey sandwich, slaw, and potato salad. The potato salad was odd compared to the potato salad you normally get but still had a decent flavor. It tasted like it was made with baked potatoes instead of boiled potatoes. Kinda weird but still good. The employees were friendly, the dining area and bathrooms were clean. Next time I'm in Anniston I will go back!

This use to be my go to bbq spot but the product has gone way down hill . I find myself constantly leaving the drive thru only to turn around to return a bad order of skinny dried out ribs. The last trip was the final straw not only was the ribs dried out and skinny but on top of that they raised the price to almost $30 for a half slab rib plate. I'm DONE the thrill is gone....sad

Inedible. Seriously. "I wish I went next door to Sonic" and those are words I thought I'd never say.

Went to Dad's BBQ on Noble street at 6:55 p.m. on a Saturday evening. We didn't realize they were closing in 5 minutes as there was someone at the drive up and the sign said open. When we found that out, we asked if they still had items available. To our surprise they said they had everything except french fries. I ordered a BBQ chicken half, mac n cheese, onion rings, while my husband ordered ribs, green beans and onion rings. Twenty minutes later we took our food to go. My chicken was so hard and dry I literally couldn't get my plastic fork to pierce the skin. The ribs were so dry they stuck in the back of your throat. The texas toast was completely soggy from being in a styrofoam container and my mac n cheese came out in one solid clump the shape of the styrofoam section it was in. $29.24 went into the garbage, with the exception of the onion rings which were fine. This is not the experience a business wants customers to have. I would have much preferred that they said sorry, we're getting ready to close and than to have been served food that had been under a heat lamp for hours and hours (or that was put away and reheated in a microwave)? Not good business practice, not friendly, and we're not going back. Maybe lunch hour is a different experience? I sure hope so.

Great barbecue sandwich there tea is great wasn't to impressed by the hamburger for the price considering it took 15 mins too cook it lok like a frozen patty you buy at walmart.

Frys use to be fresh homemade frys now frozen hamburger has been sitting in a bag... soggy. So sad..used to be my favorite

Talk about sticker shock!! 3 reg bbq sandwiches and 3 reg fries. $32.97!!
And the pic is a 6,72 bbq.
Its has .50 worth of meat and .10 squirt of sauce. Never again
