i was tired after work so yes i was a little aggravated after paying for my order and having to pull up and wait for it But, when i did get back to eat it, it was delicious. i’ll never mind waiting on the food if it is fresh. i ordered chicken tenders biskits & potatoes & gravy. it was very delicious. good job jacks!

Food was ok but the rude woman running the drive thru makes me want to never want to visit Jack's again, bad attitude. I tried to add one item when I pulled up to the window after giving her my card and you would have thought I asked her to dig me a ditch. She wouldn't add item and said rudely I've already run your card. Can a card not be run again ?

I used to love this place for its chicken biscuits. I havent eaten there in a while because the chicken biscuits always have a big piece of inedible mass in the center of the chicken. Exceptionally slow. If you doordash here you get a notification telling you that this location is notorious for messing up orders. Same thing with the Burger King in Forestdale.

They have the best tasting, fried chicken three piece breast & wing dinner. A drink used to come, with the meal, but Jack's took it away. You have to pay, an additional price.

My friend and I ordered a milkshake that was half full also they didn't even smooth it like a milkshake. Looked like 2 scoops of ice cream and it was all over the lid and cup. They didn't even wipe it off for us. Just handed it to me and shut the window. So with that been said I will never eat at that location again.Period.

Best grilled chicken sandwich I have ever eaten. Moist, fresh and just the right condiments in it. Was passing through this town, but if ever come their way again will definitely stop in.

I haven't been to this Jack's in months because I got tired of the slow service and poor food. I tried again and was curious why the service was so fast until I got my biscuit. I think they prepped this biscuit 2 hours before it was sold to me or it was refrigerated and microwaves from the night before. Either way, the biscuit tasted old and very dry. The chicken was dry and shriveled up like a dog treat.

You don't get an order call back or your order total at the window so you don't know if your order is correct and then you have to dig for change at the window because no one could tell you your total before then. This has been an issue for years at this location. Jack's as a whole across Alabama has gone down in service but this one is definitely the worst that I encounter. Any sort of breakfast competition in Adamsville and this location would be hurting.

it's never necessarily bad here, but my sandwiches are always messed up in a weird way. this time, i got a #5 without onion, which is built with pickle, secret sauce, and onion usually. instead, i just got a plain two cheeseburgers add pickle. it was so dry, and i don't understand how no onion translates to no sauce. the last time it happened, i got a big bacon combo and instead of mayonnaise they put ketchup on it for some reason. again, not a bad sandwich, just misplaced ingredients in really weird ways.
