Not fancy or anything, but you’re in Dutch Harbor so you take what you can get. Overall, food was good with generous portions. Been multiple times and didn’t have a bad experience once.

Not very authentic but still good mexican food. Its pretty much your only option for mexican food so its hard to be picky.

I have been coming here since it was Ziggys many many ago
And Amelia has made this what it is ..a good a really good food place to have Breakfast, Lunch and dinner
Food is good service is good
Still remember when she served breakfast at 530 in the morning with her 6 month old baby strapped to her back ..
Go have breakfast or lunch or dinner enjoy your good meal in a relic

Amelia’s has a new owner, I was told that the food wasn’t very good, but I went there anyway, the service was terrible, and the food was tasteless. Would not eat there again.

We didn't make it inside. The place was packed. And my party of 7 was willing to wait until the staff rudely told us, shouting, "Get out of the hall!" Because we were triggering their motion sensor door bell. Maybe it's just me, but if it were my business, which is normally probably slow, I would've welcomed a large group and kindly asked them to wait outside for 20 minutes. Loss of a couple hundred dollars. Took our business to the Margaret Bay Café where the staff is professional.

A great place to grab lunch. Comfort food is amazing. One of my favorite places to eat on the island. The owner is nice and so are her employees. The food has yet to disappoint and the menu is almost endless.

Alright I have to share this. This place is amazing. I go there all the time. I get that Alaska is expensive but they literally charge twice the amount on there Mexican food. I got 3 mini street tacos and a small the of rice [was still starving) for 26$ for what it?? has 3 ounces of meat! The steak is only 5$ more than that. Their "appetizer" "cheese" quesadilla is 15!!$$. A simple easy to make quesadilla!! Thats why I'm giving this place a 3. Their other menu items are not near as insane but very delicious. I will say this place is good! But make all the Mexican food at home and not here.
