This is the worst experience I have ever gotten at a McDonald’s!!! I’m not one to give reviews ever but I feel the need to this time. Every single time I go to this place the same lady gives me the ugliest and most disrespectful attitude. She works morning shift and she’s an older lady (kind of looks like a manager with a green shirt/vest) This woman has turned her back on me multiple times and gets so mad every time I ask for ketchup!! The look she gives makes you feel like she wants to hit you!! I have never been treated so disrespectfully this many times. Literally stares at me in the drive through like a CREEP and then told me to pull up and wait for my food. How scary is that??? She also got upset when I had to repeat me order and she couldn’t understand me, then proceeded to call me stupid and made sure I heard it through the intercom. I will not be going back to this McDonald’s!!!! It makes you wonder what kind of place lets people get away with this kind of stuff. I asked for her name and none of these workers would give me her name. She’s an older lady, dark skinned, and thick.

I grew up on McDonald's food as a kid, but I wish they'd bring back the 1$ menu.

Most of the staff are minors working their 1st job for the summer, so please understand that mistakes can happen with your order. They are always super kind and helpful fixing issues or problems

Sandwiches were a mess, to dirty to eat. The big mac had the meat half off the buns, the sauce was all over the place, and the lettuce was just thrown all over the Sandwich. They need better training of the staff and some Quality control of their process. They had more than enough people working when I went in, and the rush was not very bad.

The reason for the 2 star at service is due to the new monitor ordering on the inside of the building, it removes the personal interaction to the ppl who like to have interaction with the ppl handling their food. I witnessed a lady who waited in line 15 minutes just to ask a question about the monitoring machines. She turns and asks us if we could help but we have never used one our selves. Very uncalled for, the separation of communication is not good, she ended up leaving the place with out food and not one person knew why, sad rite. I felt terrible for her. Loss of business isn't good for anyone. I bet she never returns to McDonald's-or any business that has indoor monitor's for ordering food. I felt the same way when drive through ordering came out, detached and unappreciated. The 4 star on the food was due to my lover getting wet eggs, in her own word's. Pls remove these indoor monitor's, the drive through are sufficient enough don't you think, or do you really wanna sever the personal attention your paying customers desire.

This place is a $hit show. I just spent over 30min in the drive thru. Ordered shakes for the kids and burgers. Shakes where room temp chocolate milk, basically, and the food cold. This McDonald’s has forgot it’s place in the pecking order. Not that they care but I will never bother going there again. Waste of time and way too expensive for the value.

Service was polite and prompt. However, management you need to keep the lobby open. Was unable to use a restroom as I expect to be able at a McDonald's. Also when I had a discrepancy on my order I had to go through the entire car line again. An open lobby is needed.

This updated McDonalds is really nice. Today we tried the new order boards. I am not sure they are faster but it was easy and user friendly for the most part. The card reader didn’t work so we had to pay at the counter, but the food came out as we were sitting down and was really good!

I thought the food tasted better than most McDonald’s. They forgot my tomatoes and were very polite about it, brought me tomatoes and an apple pie.
