We dropped off our freshly caught sockeye salmon at Tanner's for processing and were impressed by the professionalism of the staff and the high quality processing and boxing fish for shipment or travel! Plus they have an excellent little shop inside to purchase other items and fish. I highly recommend it!

We couldn’t finish 10lbs of crab legs with five of us trying! Absolutely delicious and the biggest crab legs I’ve ever eaten!

Not only are each and every one of the staff super polite and helpful, but they are also so proficient in their work! You can expect speedy and professional packaging.
I caught fish for the first time in Alaska with a friend and they simplified the process for us to bring our catch home. I'd highly recommend their services

I was excited to try Tanner’s Alaskan Seafood because they claim to offer the highest quality Alaskan seafood. The ordering process was easy and the customer service was friendly. However, I was very disappointed with the seafood I received. The Alaska salmon was dry and bland, the scallops were rubbery and fishy, and the shrimp were mushy and tasteless. For the amount of money I paid, I expected much better quality and flavor. I suggest that Tanner’s Alaskan Seafood lower their prices or improve their seafood quality to match their reputation. I hope they can do better in the future.

Betty Jean and Tanners have been taking care of our fish for many years. We fish all week and they process our food and pack it in a check-in ready box for pick up on our way out to the airport. Prices are fair and the friendly service amazing.

The staff at Tanner’s went above and beyond to help us out. They vacuum packed our fish in an hour because we were heading out of town. We had dropped fish off at another location of theirs the day before and they had someone bring it to the location we were nearest. Like I say, above and beyond!!

Last year we used Tanners processing and all was fine. This year we dropped off minimal fish as they were not accepting fish some days. Both locations were an absolute cluster with long wait to FIND the fish in ninilchik. Not boxed as requested the day before. We will not use them again.

What Wonderful Service. Betty Jean helped me out. I messaged her the night before she called me back right away the next morning. I was having trouble getting my charge card through. She placed my order for me. It was suppose to arrive February 8th, fed ex changed the date, so I called fed ex and complained, said they were paid good money for the overnight delivery. I didn't tell them Tanners paid the delivery. It came that night at 7PM. I opened the box and to my surprise, What a Beautiful Box full of Salmon. Perfect sized portions. 4 King Salmon, 4 Coho, 5 Sockeye. It's such a Wonderful Package. My husband Loved it. It was still frozen so even if it came tomorrow it would have been frozen. I searched and searched and read so many reviews and I ended coming back to Tanners. When my husband makes a dinner I will post how it tastes. I have no doubt It's Going To Be Wonderful. I want To Thank Betty Jean and The Owners for This Wonderful Wonderful Package. I ordered the package of 3 Salmon 2lbs of each of King, Coho and Sockeye. There was no shipping charges like the others had. All of the others charged $55. and up. Some were over a hundred. I just wanted to tell everyone how pleased I am. I guess ecstatic.❤❤❤ Again Many Many Thanks Tanners, even though it was my husband's Valentines Day present, after I opened it I couldn't wait to give it to him. So he got it a week early.
