Last time we went to McDonald's it took us 35 minutes to get through the drive-through. It was the day after Thanksgiving. So, we thought maybe they didn't have their regular staff on. There were 6 people standing around chatting & waiting for food to come out and there was one person in the back cooking and preparing the food. Every place can have a bad day, right? So decided to give them another chance today. This is what my double cheeseburger looked like when it came out of the bag. What a mess!

As an Alaskan who has personally experienced discrimination due to my skin color, I want to share a distressing incident that occurred while I was out fishing. Seeking to enhance my salmon storage, I decided to make a quick stop at 3 Bears and then grabbed a burger at McDonald's.

Unfortunately, during my visit, some of the employees or their acquaintances treated me with extreme rudeness. They even went so far as to place some trash on my table when I momentarily stepped away to get a soda. Upon my return, one woman deliberately stood up next to me and began shouting hurtful and racist comments, attempting to intimidate and erase my presence. This deeply hurtful behavior was further amplified by her friends, who laughed in a manner reminiscent of bullies.

Leaving the establishment in distress, I found that these individuals followed me to my car, adding to the already painful experience. Despite this, I decided to speak with another manager at the drive-thru. He was visibly shocked and apologetic about what had happened and recognized the severity of the situation. Promptly, he issued me a refund to address the distressing experience.

Feeling the need to address the matter further, I reached out to the owner of the establishment. He mentioned that one of the managers had reviewed the video tapes, which confirmed the aggression and offensive behavior directed towards me.

This incident serves as a poignant reminder that we still have work to do to combat discrimination and foster a more inclusive and respectful society.

By sharing my story, I hope to raise awareness about the impact of such incidents and promote positive change for a better future

Slowest service ever. Been standing here for 20 minutes. Seems like no one in the kitchen really cares. No one is currently working the counters. Only a few guests in the place. This has been an experience to witness.

Slower than slow with service. A half hour waiting for breakfast burritos and hash browns.While others who came in and ordered at counter received their order while I was left waiting for my very small order. Crew seemed very dazed and confused on how to perform their duties. Watched one employee miss up more than one order. Crazy manager actually thinks it's her store. Not enough common sense or management skills to know it's a fast food restaurant. Extremely rude, power tripping bad manager.

We ordered a breakfast meal and they forgot our pancakes and there was a blonde hair in our food . When we took it back to speak with the manager she tried to say we ate the pancakes. And we didn’t and she didn’t even acknowledge the hair that was in the hash brown. I was so angry. Heather the store manager did not have good customer service skills at all . I will never go back there if I could give a half star I would .

I had a huge order. Like always. But the staff was super friendly and fast. Everything was hot when i got it and still super warm when i made it home.

Great staff, the maintenance of this restaurant need a serious raise! Everything was so nice and clean and he does a super job!

Plus he was kinda hot…

If service was as fast as drive through it could be better but many times 10 minutes or more. It makes them look good to corporate to keep the cars moving through... it's sad to see people replaced by a kiosk machine...they're fillet o fish not that good best to go to arby's they're is off the hook. Nicer buns and better lettuce less greasy and the right amount of tartar sauce to. McDonald's is the only fast food that sells coffee but its tolerable if you really like coffee... the people there are nice...
