Restaurant was clean and staff was very friendly. Food came out quick and was delicious. The Caesar salad was huge, perfect amount of dressing, and the lettuce was fresh. The popcorn shrimp breading had a really good Cajun flavor and the cocktail sauce was amazing. The Reuben was very good, a little too much sauce so it got soggy quick. The jalapeño burger had a great bite and the waffle fries were very tasty. We’ll definitely be back.

Everything here was great! The burgers were delicious. Our waiter was friendly. The atmosphere was great. We didn’t go here expecting them to knock it out of the park but they sure did! Hidden gem for sure!

Food was sooo good. Amazing flavor. As soon as u walk in you can smell the steaks and they they will be delicious ????.

We were in Fairbanks to goof off and relax for a few days. We got there on a Sunday afternoon and after doing some tourist things, started looking for a place to eat. We wanted something local and not a big chain restaurant. Wow, seemed that everything we looked at was closed. Finally settled on Silver Gulch Brewing Co. We left after only a drink. They were out of everything!! We then went to Brewsters. So happy we did!! We got a friendly greeting and we're seated promptly although they were very busy. The service was great, food was hot and fresh and portions were large. Atmosphere was great - that of a diner. I highly recommend Brewsters if you are visiting Fairbanks.

Candy our server was exceptional in taking our mixed up orders...one fried halibut and one halibut sandwich with no bun...after the confusion of double minds she was laughing with us...geez..service by her was friendly and very prompt. The food was tasty hot and fresh. Really enjoyed the time there, as it was our first and most impressive.

Food was excellent. Wait staff has been excellent! Took great care of us. We had the raspberry chicken sandwich (exceptional!), bacon burger, and halibut (really good!). Pic is of the raspberry chicken.

A hamburger restaurant so nothing special although they also serve steaks and tacos. I took the smoked Porter burger. Service was ok but check was presented too soon ( I was still eating) so had the impression that they wanted to get rid of us asap. Maybe to be expected because there was a line waiting. There was a large group of People next to us who were very loud.

Great tasting food and generous portions. Our waiter took good care of us. I had the Alaskan halibut sandwich. Very good.
