1 mistake in over 20 orders, prompt delivery even when busy, usually well stocked on items. Good joint overall.

Placed a delivery order online 2 hours before closing time. About 15 mins later, I checked the tracker online to see that my order had somehow been canceled (not at my request). I called Papa Johns to check up on the order and was connected to the location I ordered from (this one). I was immediate hung up on before being able to speak to anyone.

Gave Eielson Pappa johns a 3rd strike. Well this time looks like someone got hugery on the ride over and picked off the cheese on the pizza and it was cold with more fat than meat. Was told it would take 55 to 65 min took 138 min. If you try to call the store no one ever picks up and if you call customer service it connects you overseas and your problem is never fixed.

The pizza looked like someone put 4 pieces of pineapple and pepperoni on it, and then covered it with cheese so I wouldn't notice the lack of toppings. I wasted $30 on a mid pizza. Don't waste your money too.

Two separate orders two different nights. The first time ordered 2 hours before closing, was met with a text 30 minutes later saying they couldn't honor the order because the bx was closed. Second time ordered even sooner, and received no notification that my order would not be fulfilled.

Hope you don't need to call because they won't answer. Called HQ to get help, was told its a franchise and there's nothing they could do. Routinely 2hr plus delivery AND Carryout wait. How?

If you’re expecting everything you ordered, don’t have your hopes too high! Ordered extra peppers 2 times and only got 1. Pizza never fully cut, and I tip you would think they would take care of their customers better but they don’t care. Also, last time I ordered the “Quality Sticker” or tamper proof sticker was already broke prior to me getting it. Screw this place.
