I get it, it's the weekend things slow down but not this much. No urgency at all, they see you waiting, don't serve at the till. Food is prepared, they don't bag it up until you ask for it. Won't be waisting my time again.

The drive thru is never opened every time I go there are always out of something I went once and they told me they couldn’t make me a chicken sandwich because no one knew how to do them

21 minutes is too long and negates the purpose of a drive through. Also almost every price posted on the sign is incorrect. Hire more staff.

The employees are really dedicated to ensuring the quality of the food remains constant. Even with smaller operation, they manage to always get food out on schedule which is great during a rush. Love to get lunch here.

Hit or miss every single time. Sometimes staff is super nice and helpful other times not so much. Mainly writing this because I just came through at 11:20 AM and they were only serving breakfast. Which is annoying as a night shifter and also untrue seeing as I often come in at 08:00 am ordering lunch items.

This burger king customer service is terrible. Been here multiple times and it always takes me about 30 minutes to get a simple order every time. The most people ive seen working are 3. Usual amount 2. Need to step it up. Its slow food instead of fast food.

Ordered breakfast for my family and I in the drive-through, we sat there is the line didn’t move for 15 minutes, the person that had been sitting at the window had been waiting longer than that. So much for fast food.
